Our Log splitters consist of wedge shaped tool heads made from hand forged steel in the preferred shape for their size. Unlike a Felling Axe, the wedge-shaped blade opens up the log without been trapped in the wood fibres. Manufactured in the UK with the best American Hickory which is Machine Turned, sanded, waxed and hand finished. Our high quality heads are hardened and tempered for safe regular use. These tools represent a cost saving option for those on a budget.
